Usually some approval is needed, but the rules depend on your state and council. In NSW, some farm buildings can be exempt development if they meet size and setback limits. In Queensland, most sheds need building approval. Check with your local council before ordering. Big Steel sheds are engineered to your site's wind rating to support your application.
